Discount Terms and Conditions

Mandatory Customer Responsibility for Code Application

• DISCOUNT CODES ARE NEVER AUTOMATICALLY APPLIED and must be manually entered by the customer in the designated field during checkout
• FAILURE TO ENTER OR APPLY A DISCOUNT CODE before completing your purchase will result in full price being charged
• WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE if you forget to apply a discount code, enter an incorrect code, or fail to verify the discount was applied before checkout
• NO REFUNDS, CREDITS, ADJUSTMENTS, OR RETROACTIVE DISCOUNTS will be provided for orders where the customer failed to apply the discount code
• Customers must verify the discount has been successfully applied and the correct total is displayed in their cart before completing payment
• Once an order is placed, it is final and cannot be modified for forgotten or unapplied discount codes

Eligibility and Usage

• Discounts are subject to product availability and stock limits

• We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased with promotional pricing
• Discount codes obtained from unauthorized sources, third-party coupon sites, or non-official Keep Busy communications may be invalid or deactivated without notice

Validity Period

• Each discount code has a specific start and end date clearly communicated during the promotion
• Expired codes will not work at checkout and cannot be honored, extended, reactivated, or applied retroactively under any circumstances
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel promotions at any time without prior notice or liability
• Promotional periods may end early due to inventory limitations or business decisions

Discount Value and Calculation

• ACTUAL DISCOUNT VALUES APPLIED AT CHECKOUT MAY VARY and will be calculated based on product pricing, inventory levels, promotional budgets, margin calculations, and business requirements
• THE FINAL DISCOUNT AMOUNT SHOWN IN YOUR CART IS THE ONLY APPLICABLE AND BINDING DISCOUNT, which may be up to but not necessarily equal to the advertised percentage
• Advertised percentages represent the maximum potential discount, not a guaranteed amount
• Discount percentages or fixed amounts are subject to rounding, system calculations, and algorithmic adjustments
• Minimum purchase requirements exclude shipping charges, handling fees, customization charges, and applicable taxes
• Discounts apply only to eligible product prices, not to shipping, customization fees, rush processing, or taxes

Product Exclusions

Unless specifically stated in writing, discount codes cannot be applied to:

Customer Restrictions

Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

• WE ARE NOT LIABLE for any losses, damages, or claims arising from your failure to apply a discount code, incorrect code entry, technical issues, or misunderstanding of promotional terms
• We are not responsible for third-party coupon websites listing expired or invalid codes
• All discount codes are provided "AS IS" without any warranty or guarantee of functionality
• You indemnify and hold harmless Keep Busy, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims related to discount code usage or application
• We are not liable for browser issues, user errors, or technical problems preventing code application
• Maximum liability for any discount-related claim shall not exceed the value of the discount allegedly owed

Additional Terms

• Discount codes have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or refund
• Discounts cannot and will not be applied retroactively to completed purchases under any circumstances
• All discount amounts, calculations, and applications are final once an order is placed and cannot be disputed, contested, or challenged
• Customers are solely responsible for reviewing their complete order total, verifying discount application, and ensuring accuracy before completing purchase
• We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or void orders that violate these terms, appear fraudulent, or abuse promotional codes
• In case of pricing errors, system glitches, or unauthorized discount applications, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders and issue full refunds or charge the correct amount
• Misuse, abuse, or attempted fraud involving discount codes may result in immediate order cancellation, account termination, and legal action
• For personalized/customized products, discount codes do not extend production timelines, delivery dates, or processing times
• We reserve the absolute right to adjust promotional discount percentages, terms, and conditions based on business requirements, inventory levels, pricing strategies, and market conditions without notice or liability
• These terms supersede any verbal or written communications, advertisements, social media posts, or marketing materials regarding discounts

Dispute Resolution and Acceptance

• The discount amount visible in the cart at checkout is the final, binding, and only applicable discount
• By clicking "Complete Order," "Pay Now," or similar checkout buttons, you confirm full acceptance of the applied discount value and agree not to dispute it
• If you do not agree with the discount amount shown, DO NOT complete the purchase
• Completion of purchase constitutes your binding agreement to these terms and waives all claims related to discount amounts, applications, or calculations

No Retroactive Adjustments

• This includes but is not limited to: forgotten codes, expired codes, incorrectly entered codes, technical issues, or customer error
• All sales are final with respect to pricing and discount application

Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of India
• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra
• These terms constitute the entire agreement between Keep Busy and customers regarding promotional discounts
• If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect
