At Keep Busy, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before ordering, especially for personalised items.

We Do Not Accept Returns or Exchanges

Because most of our products are made to order and personalised with your child's name, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges or cancellations for a change of mind once an order is placed.

Damaged or Defective Items — Free Replacement

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will send you a free replacement, no questions asked, provided you contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To request a replacement:

– Email us at contact@keepbusy.in (or WhatsApp/call us at 9870225393) within 7 days of receiving your order.

– Include your order number and clear photographs of the damaged or defective item.

– Once verified, we will ship a free replacement to you. There is no need to send the original item back to us.

Refunds

We do not offer monetary refunds. In the rare case a replacement cannot be provided, store credit may be issued at our discretion.
