Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number by SMS/email. Enter it on our Track Order page, or log in to your account to see your order status.

Yes, Cash on Delivery is available across India. You can also pay by UPI, cards, wallets or net banking.

Yes. Most of our products can be personalised with your child's name at no extra cost. Look for the personalisation box on the product page. A few items are marked as not personalisable.

Each name can be up to 16 characters. Please double-check the spelling before placing your order, as personalised items are made specially for you.

Message us on WhatsApp or email us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct spelling, and we will do our best to update it before your order is made.

Because most of our products are made to order and personalised, we don't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations for a change of mind.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Once verified, we will send you a free replacement. There is no need to send the original item back. See our refund & replacement policy.

We do not offer monetary refunds. In the rare case a replacement cannot be provided, store credit may be issued at our discretion.

Our products are made from child-safe, non-toxic materials and are quality-checked before they ship. Each product page lists the recommended age.
